Shipping Policy offers shipping via common carriers including Fedex, UPS and DHL. For bulk shipments, we also provide pallet service from a variety of national freight carriers. In most circumstances we prefer to ship via FedEx. If there is a special reason that you need to ship via a method we do not offer please contact us.

SHIPPING EQUIPMENT YOU ARE SELLING TO CISCOPHONEBUY.COM – When we purchase your used or excess Cisco IP Telephones or other equipment, we bear the cost of shipping. Our primary carrier for domestic Ground shipments is Fedex. Equipment should be packaged in accordance with our Cisco Phone Packing Guidelines. For large volume purchases, we are also happy to provide assistance with packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc) if you do not have sufficient materials at your location to properly package up your phones for safe transit. will bear responsibility for shipped packages which are lost or damaged by our shipping carrier(s) due to mishandling. We will not be responsible for items which are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, or lack of packing material. Cisco Phones are well built, but can still be damaged during shipment if they are not properly packaged. SHIPPING EQUIPMENT YOU ARE BUYING FROM CISCOPHONEBUY.COM – Orders must be received prior to 3PM EST to insure same day shipping on in-stock items. We ship Monday – Friday. Orders received after the deadline may still get shipped but we cannot guarantee that they will. If your order is urgent please place it as soon as possible. There are certain situations where the order may not ship the same day even if received before the deadline. Some of those exceptions are:

Orders not placed during normal business hours will not be processed until the next business day. If part of your order is out of stock and you choose FedEx Ground as your shipping method we will ship your order when the out of stock items are received. (This is usually no more than 2 business days). If part of your order is out of stock and you choose a FedEx Express service we will contact you to see if you would like the in stock portion of your order to ship that day or if you would like us to wait for the remainder to arrive before shipping. Please note that there will be additional shipping charges for split shipping. Other unexpected exceptions may apply that may be specific to the situation.


Delivery times vary depending on the date the order is shipped, the shipping and delivery addresses, and other factors. FedEx is pretty reliable when it comes to their transit times so once you receive a tracking number from us you should be able to estimate with some accuracy when your order will arrive. Once you receive your tracking number you can visit the FedEx website to track your package. The tracking information usually contains the estimated delivery date which is usually pretty accurate. We will gladly ship your order to any destination in the world serviced by FedEx or DHL. Shipping rates can be calculated and quoted by your salesperson depending upon your country and deliver address. If your order is lost or damaged during transit we will handle the claim with the carrier to save you the time and aggravation. We will also replace your order, up to the insured amount ($100 by default), as soon as the carrier has processed the claim. This can be a complicated procedure, please contact us if you have any questions about it. The good news is that packages are rarely lost and the items we sell are hard to damage so this will probably never affect our customers.
